GBS Construction
Apart from the "Vital" back zip model in 3/2 mm (intended for surfing in relatively warm conditions ) all the brand's wetsuits feature GBS "Glued and blind stiched" technology (glued, sewn) which is is one of the most waterproof constructions on the market, used on most high-end wetsuits. In addition to its ability to keep you dry, GBS is a construction that maintains excellent flex and gives increased durability to the neoprene . At Volte the GBS is coupled with a triple internal joint to further limit potential water ingress and keep you warm. 
Solar Skin
Used as a ventral and back panel on the "Supreme" models, the Solar Skin is a warm material , very waterproof and acts as a very effective windbreaker. The Solar Skin even acts as a photovoltaic panel and thus captures the sun's rays and warms you when the weather is nice. Although this material is slightly less flexible than neoprene, its strategic positioning on the suit and its heating properties will give you more mobility as you warm up. 
Flexible panels
“Limestone” is a neoprene made from the transformation of minerals , more particularly limestone and is therefore not derived from petroleum. By using this neoprene, Volte wetsuits are more waterproof, warmer, more flexible, more durable but also more eco-friendly.
Reinforcements at the knees on the premium model
Surfing is a sport that puts our joints to the test and it is easy to injure yourself, particularly at the knee level, during a bad landing or by hitting your board, that of another or any obstacle that you will come across during your session. It is for all these reasons that Volte decided to add reinforcement at the knees of the "Premium" model wetsuits, made from a thick protective strip of rubber.
