Shipping, Deliveries & Returns
General :
- The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicate to us during the ordering process.
- For parcel tracking reasons, it is a priori impossible for us to deliver orders within bases or other premises of the Armed Forces .
Preparation and Shipping of orders :
- The delivery times announced are calculated in working days and can be processed from the same day of the order provided that this is validated before 12:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- The times indicated here correspond to the processing, preparation and shipping times of your order (leaving our warehouses).
- They run as soon as the order is validated and its full payment valid .
- To this time, we must add the delivery time of the carrier (Colissimo / Relais Pickup / Chronopost / DB Schenker).
- For an order consisting of several products and containing a pre-order item, the shipping time for this order is then based on the longest shipping time.
- WoodstockShop.com however reserves the right to split the order into several deliveries, at no additional cost to the customer.
- Any item available in stock is shipped same day (for all orders validated before 12:00 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). In all other cases, availability is specified on the product sheet and may vary between 3 and 30 days depending on the type of products ordered.

- The average delivery times announced are indicated from our warehouses and calculated in working days. They can be processed from the same day of the order provided that this is validated before 12:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). On exceptional request and subject to confirmation, it may be possible to ship today's orders after 12:00 p.m., please contact the Customer Service at 05 35 46 66 01 .
- For the transport of surfboards and stand up paddles, the time may vary from 2 days to 4 days depending on the location of destination (see below the paragraph entitled "Specialities over-size delivery (Surf and SUP)").
Noticed : Delivery service Colissimo Or Pickup having limited criteria in the size of the accepted packages, the following products are only shipped by C olissimo Grand Parcel with signature : snowboard boards , longskates.
NB: Customs fees and taxes may be applied for orders outside the European Union. Woodstockshop is not responsible for these taxes and customs fees, they depend directly on the countries concerned. These fees and taxes will be requested by the responsible carrier or postal service when the package is delivered to you.

Out of Gauge Delivery (Surf and SUP) - General :
- “Oversize” includes all our surfboards (categories Shortboards , Longboards , Beginners and Advanced ).
- The deadline announced by our service provider Db Schenker varies depending on the destination city:
- 2 to 4 days for mainland France.
- 3 to 7 days for Corsica.
- 5 to 10 days to Europe.
- Delivery is made to the landing door, in the presence of the person named in the delivery address (or any other person designated by them).
- Your package will be delivered to your front door if it is a house, or at the foot of the building if you are in an apartment. Consequently, you must plan for the rise of your package.
Out of Gauge Delivery (Surf and SUP) - Procedure :
- You absolutely must check the conformity of the delivered goods at the time of delivery and before signing the carrier's delivery note.
- You must indicate precisely on the delivery note any anomaly (damaged product) in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature.
- You can also refuse the product if the damage is too severe (broken board or that you consider too damaged).
- This verification is considered to have been carried out when the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note .
- You must also report by email to contact@woodstockshop.com anomalies noted (supporting photos where possible) no later than 48 working hours following receipt of the item(s).
Out-of-Size Delivery (Surf and SUP) - 100% Guarantee :
A real value guarantee (thus covering 100% of your purchase) is systematically included during oversized deliveries. This guarantee can only take effect if the procedure specified above is completely respected.
- In the case exceptional damage (less than 1% of cases observed) during the delivery of surfboards and SUPs, 2 solutions are available to you:
- You accept receipt of the package and consider that you can organize the necessary repair yourself. In this case we reimburse the costs incurred (on invoice, and after validation by our Customer Service of a repair estimate).
- You refuse receipt of the package which is therefore returned to us following. In this case you have the choice between:
- an exchange with an identical product (or of the same market value)
- a full refund of your order (shipping costs included).

If the product does not fit, if the size is not the right one or if the product has a problem, you have 14 days to return your package directly to our offices:
- Either it is a return for an exchange (size, color, model, etc.): Then send your order back to our offices (preferably by Colissimo, keep the slip and Colissimo tracking number) . We will send you the desired product(s) upon receipt of the product you have returned to us. Sending the package from your home to our offices remains your responsibility. We cover the new shipment and the postage costs of the new shipment.
- Either it is a definitive return for a full refund (after-sales service, unsuitable product, etc.): Contact us so that we can send you by email a Free Colissimo Return slip which will allow you to return your package free of charge. We will then refund your purchase in full upon receipt of the package. NB: Only returns to Metropolitan France & Overseas Territories are Free (Only France & French Territories can apply for free returns)
